My stay on Bay Ave for the winter was a very enjoyable one. Waking up and eating breakfast while being able to see the ocean from the kitchen window, being a stone's throw from the beach for walks, and seeing the beach as I came down over the hill after my daily commute made my stay something I won't soon forget. The landlords were very helpful, understanding, and quick to address any issues or requests I had, no matter how bizarre or inconvenient. They are truly the ideal landlords for any renters not looking to deal with a leasing company, but that instead want a personable human interaction. Nathan
